Our kits are based on many years of experience and our approach and components are well proven. We have several packages to address well-known systems on the market. Fuel PumpsVehicle manufacturers install fuel pumps for their stock engines. With most vehicles, you can add minor things like an intake exhaust system and still be within the reserve capacity of the stock fuel pump. When you install an aftermarket forced induction system you can quickly exceed the capacity of the stock fuel pump. The fuel pump should be upgraded to flow enough fuel volume to maintain the correct fuel pressure in the fuel rail. Sufficient fuel pressure allows the fuel injectors to do their job and properly fuel the engine.
Fuel Injector ComponentsVehicle manufacturers install fuel injectors that correctly fuel the stock engine. Normally, you can add minor things like an intake and exhaust system, and still be within the reserve capacity of the stock fuel injection system. When you install an aftermarket forced induction system you will need to increase your injector capacity to keep that system properly fueled. This can be done with increasing the size of the primary injectors or adding an additional injector system.

Cold Air IntakesYou can easily increase performance by replacing the stock intake system with one specifically engineered for less restrictive airflow. Proceed carefully when selecting a performance intake system. They ARE NOT created equal. An improperly designed system can induce serious MAF Sensor calibration errors that can result in poor performance and poor MPG. URD has carefully reviewed many intake systems on the market. We have selected systems to offer that we know are well-engineered and increase performance.

Filter CoversDress up your intake and gain additional peace of mind. For that added protection during those unsure moments or extreme weather, you can install an intake prefilter.
Rechargers & Heat ShieldsWhen it is time to clean the filter on your intake system you will need the correct filter cleaning kit. These kits come with the correct cleaner and filter oil for your specific application. Note:  AMSOIL Nano Fiber synthetic media filters and aFe Pro-DryS filters are not cleaned with solvent or oiled.  Do not use these cleaning kits on dry synthetic media filters.
Pulleys
Supercharger PulleysThe URD SuperGrip supercharger pulleys enhance performance, reduce belt slippage and extend supercharger belt life. Many URD SuperGrip pulleys are smaller than stock and they increase the impeller speeds which increases (boost) manifold pressure. When the right pulley is combined with proper fuel upgrades and tuning – your engine performance will increase.
Tensioner PulleysURD replacement supercharger belt tensioner pulleys are designed to prevent belt failures caused by the belt slipping off of the tensioner pulley.
Crankshaft PulleyMost modern crankshaft pulleys are cast iron to minimize OEM production costs. Although cheap to produce, this manufacturing approach is not optimal for maximum performance. URD has selected applications where a lightweight performance crankshaft pulley will enhance performance while not compromising engine durability.
Alternator PulleyURD alternator pulleys are larger diameter than stock and lighter weight. A larger alternator pulley reduces the rotational speed of the alternator thus reducing parasitic drag. This frees some power to accelerate the vehicle.
