URD Fuel Rail Tap

The stock fuel rail does not have a port that you can access to perform fuel pressure diagnostics, or provide a fuel supply for additional injector, fuel pressure gauge, or nitrous systems.  The URD Fuel Rail Tap is used to provide an access port to the Toyota fuel rail.

The URD Fuel Rail Tap installs between the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel rail and provides an 1/8″ NPT port.  This is the same fuel rail tap URD uses in our supercharger kits.

This fuel rail tap has been test fitted on:

• 2RZ-FE 2.4L
• 3RZ-FE 2.7L
• 2TR-FE 2.7L
• 5VZ-FE 3.4L
• 2UZ-FE 4.7L
• 1GR-FE 4.0L

The URD Fuel Rail Tap will likely fit other Toyota engines where the fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel rail because Toyota uses a fairly standardized fuel pressure regulator flange mounting style.  The Fuel Rail Tap will space the fuel pressure regulator away from the fuel rail 24mm so check that spacing for none listed applications.

Note:  One the 5VZ-FE engine, there is a wire harness rear of the fuel pressure regulator that will require relocating slightly to provide needed room for the fuel rail tap.

Note- Does not fit the 2016 and later Tacoma 3.5L or any Toyota vehicle that does not use a fuel rail mounted fuel pressure regulator.
