Vehicle manufacturers install fuel injectors that correctly fuel the stock engine. Normally, you can add minor things like an intake and exhaust system, and still be within the reserve capacity of the stock fuel injection system. When you install an aftermarket forced induction system you will need to increase your injector capacity to keep that system properly fueled. This can be done with increasing the size of the primary injectors or adding an additional injector system.
