This kit consists of a press on pulley hub anodized BLACK and bolt-on pulley rings in your choice of size.
Currently, we have 2.9, 2.8, .2.7, 2.6, 2.5 and 2.4″ bolt-on pulley rings.
The 2.9 and 2.8″ will fit without trimming the snout of the supercharger. Smaller sizes will require trimming the snout with the URD Snout Cutter.
To install the stock pulley is removed with a 5 ton 3 jaw gear puller and then you press on the hub with the URD PressTool. Then you simply bolt the pulley ring onto the hub.
This kit consists of the press on hub adapter anodized in black, 4 stainless cap screws and your choice of pulley ring size anodize in red. (picture of the installed pulley in raw aluminum is the prototype)
You may also choose to add the URD PressTool and the URD SnoutCutter at a discount. If purchased separately those tools will cost more.
Tuning and fueling is the responsibility of the installer. In most cases, you can run the 2.9 and 2.8″ on the stock re-flash tuning. You should check the AFR before and after installation. URD always recommends installing the URD Fuel Pump/Filter Upgrade kit with any pulley installation.
For the 2.7 and smaller pulleys, URD recommends cat delete and installing the URD UCON-EMS self-tuning engine computer and the URD add on 7th Injector Assembly for additional fueling and cooling of the compressed air leaving the supercharger.
