Have to say this Short Throw Shifter was a was a nice upgrade for my 2001 Tacoma 4×4. The install was a easy install the only issue I had was the difference in the opening to access the 4 bolts for for the shifter. The opening was different from the ones pictured in the directions, but I just give it to differences in Tacoma models. These differences made removing OE bolts and installing the kit with the new allan key bolts a little more difficult and had to use a ball end allan key to get bolts tightened down.
