URD TORQUE-U Heavy Flywheel 1GR-FE 4.0L V6

URD’s light weight performance flywheel has been very popular with the street performance folks.  Now we have the URD TORQUE-U Heavy Flywheel!!!

Our lightweight flywheel is awesome for street performance, but not so great for trucks trying to creep over rocks and stumps and very slow speeds off-roading, towing, or running LARGE THAN STOCK TIRES.  The TORQUE-U flywheel was developed for this reason!!

The heavier mass of the TORQUE-U flywheel will make your truck much easier to drive in these conditions and you will not have to slip the clutch as much getting started EXTENDING THE LIFE OF THE CLUTCH.

The TORQUE-U heavy flywheel has been in development for a long time and during this time we have noticed that not only does it work well for those off-road and towing situations, but it makes the truck much easier and more pleasant to drive in STOP AND GO TRAFFIC.  It also tends to dampen Toyota’s herky-jerky throttle control logic and really smooths out your daily drive.

The stock flywheel is 31 pounds, the TORQUE-U is 40 pounds.  The design of it places the increased weight toward the outer edge of the flywheel giving the added weight the greatest benefit.

The TORQUE-U flywheels is compatible with the URD Branded clutches, all OEM and aftermarket clutches.

Note- the URD TORQUE-U Flywheel ships with new flywheel bolts, OEM style bolts are not compatible.
