This pulley is precision machined to exacting tolerances and fits the TRD/Magnuson supercharger system for the 1GR-FE 4.0L Single VVTi engine and works with the stock size belt.
The stock pulley is 3.0″ in diameter, and our upgraded pulley is 2.825.” Depending on ambient conditions and other modifications, this pulley will produce approximately 1.5-2 PSI of additional boost over the stock pulley.
This supercharger uses a press fit design and will require a special tool to install the pulley onto the supercharger input shaft. There are many different tools on the market for installing press fit pulleys that are expensive. URD has a press fit tool available at a great value if you don’t have a press fit tool.
Note- Does not fit the Magnuson supercharger for the 2010 and later FJ Cruiser and 4Runner.

Fits great, very easy to install. A word of advice to anyone attempting however, be sure and follow directions. You definitely need antiseize as well as a 3 jaw roughly 4 in puller and buy the install tool. A bag of ice on the nose of the supercharger shaft will be handy as well.
