This pulley fits the newest Magnuson supercharger for the Toyota 3.4L 5VZ-FE V6 that has the new TVS-1320 rotor pack and the second version of the nose drive. It will not fit the older TRD or Magnuson MP-62 superchargers.
The URD SuperGrip Supercharger pulleys for the Toyota 3.4L 5VZ-FE V6 use an advanced design to enhance performance, reduce belt slippage and extend supercharger belt life. These pulleys are smaller than stock and increase the impeller speed and boost pressure to the engine. When this is combined with the proper fuel upgrades and tuning you will have increased performance.
The Magnuson Supercharger for the 5vz uses a small 4 rib drive belt. Transferring the torque needed to drive the supercharger from a 4 rib becomes more difficult when the pulley size is reduced. To address this problem URD developed the advanced SuperGrip design.
The SuperGrip design has two advanced features to enhance belt traction.
- Tall outer ears: grab the outside edges of the belt and make the 4 rib belt act like a 5 rib belt for greater traction and torque transfer.
- Modified rib profile: improves the contact pattern between the ribs and the belt for greater traction and torque transfer.
These features result in the most advanced supercharger pulley design available and really make the pulley look awesome!! All the URD SuperGrip pulleys are finished in a hard anodizing in bright URD red.
URD recommends using this smaller length belt and our idler pulley for the dynamic tensioner. This will compensate for the reduced pulley size and increase belt traction.
URD offers four different size pulleys. This is our 58mm that will give you approximately 6-8 PSI more boost than the stock 75mm size pulley and should be used with proper fueling and tuning. This should only be used with the highest-octane fuel available in your area with 93 being preferred.

There have been two different versions of the nose drive for this supercharger.
The FIRST version was shipped in the first batch of new supercharger kits for the TVS-1320 rotor pack pictured above. The URD 60mm and smaller URD pulleys will not fit on it. Contact Sales@URDUSA.com for options.
The SECOND version was shipped in the 2nd and later batches and has a smaller snout pictured above and will accept the smaller URD 60mm and smaller pulleys. Note there is no large webbing on the casting for the nose drive and the area behind the hub adapter is machined to the same diameter and it is rounded at the transition to the larger black area.
